Wife + Mommy + Free Bird
I am wife to Darwyn and mommy to Dallas (son), Drew (daughter), Kennedy (bonus daughter) and Grace (bonus daughter).
I graduated from Valdosta State University (Go Blazers!) in 2007 with a Business Marketing degree. I actually didn’t really know what I wanted to do, for a living, so I picked Marketing because I thought I could go into Fashion Advertising or Graphic Design. I didn’t go into either of these fields but rather spent most of my time doing some sort of sales – retail, apartment leasing and recruiting. After spending 8 years in recruiting, I took a leap of faith and left my position as a Corporate Recruiter to spend more time with my children/family and to help my mother with her consulting business.
Once the opportunity with my mother ended I became a stay at home mom and started my online resale shop – Domi’s Closet. I started this blog to share my love for fashion, art, beauty, hair, family/home and travel.
